at the first instance I was quiet impressed but the the staff at the reception showed their true colours with the the people coming from out station and charged money with their misbehaved actions and rude behaviour. the reason was the temple holy string colour which my child was wearing in his wrist was spread on the bed cover linen.. I completely felt helpless with the staffs behaviour especially the one who was sitting at the reception..so called manager .. it was doe unknowingly from my child’s end as know one was aware of the thread colour is not having good quality.. very very bad experience while coming out. this was disheartening as I was only lady with my mother travelling.. still they charged for this without any policy and guidelines

1. decent hotel with good room space. 2. good staff

Nothing. just few suggestions. 1. the corridor was not clean. 2. Consider tariff to be more valuable

The staff was very cooperative. Their behaviour was very warm and nice.

The food was very tasty but options are very limited.
