This is a good place to make a stop while on the way to Merida or Cancun. The facilities are basic, there is no food, but the owner provided water even late at night. The rooms are large, parking is free, the place is very secure and quiet.

It was clean and the rooster next door was handsome.

Very seedy part of town. Room was dark with one window overlooking a space with junk and construction materials. The toilet had no seat. The hot water took literally five minutes to heat up.

As there were the festivities of Tizimin, this was the best I was able to get as every place was booked. For one night ok, as Tizimin with its rodeo place is worth a visit.

Room more or less clean, but the toilet without seat, lavatory very rudimentary and small. For the quality of the room a little overpriced.

Spacious room. All clean, tidy. Smooth check-in. Good value of money.

Of course for such price everything was nice, however everything felt like it is under construction. A bit noisy neighbours in the garden nearby. Tizimin doesn't look like a lively city, not touristic.

Good location, a couple of blocks from downtown. Big, clean rooms, just as shown in pics. What stood the most was the amazing hosts. They went beyond and over to show the city, give recommendations, help us to reach our next destination.
