Localização e café ☕️ e atendimento muito bom

Infelizmente, gostaria fazer um reclamação a Booking. Que não passa com hotel. Que deveria da mais assistência. Eu minha família reservamos 2 quartos sendo um dos quartos no início da reserva. Coloquei era para um cadeirante ( minha mãe) . Simplesmente um desrespeito ficamos no 2o andar . ( tudo bem que tinha elevador ) . Os banheiros não tinha acessibilidade nenhuma. Não passavam a cadeira . No domingo Simplesmente a energia acabou tive eu meu sobrinho levar minha mãe na cadeira de roda até o andar . Pelas escadas carregando nos braços. A Booking não tem.nem critério e não orientação dos hotel .
