Great hotel to stay when visiting video Aram period this is our second time here period the beds are comfortable period it’s clean period we had a balcony in the city period the breakfast was very enjoyable with cheese, Mediterranean foods coffee period the staff very hard all our concerns period stage two days and enjoyed every

We initially contacted the hotel to enquire about availability, rates and pet policy. Everything seemed to be normal so we proceeded with a reservation by e-mail and booked a triple room for 2 adults, 1 child and a small puppy dog for one overnight. On the day of our arrival in Trikala, we called the hotel to get directions for their private open-air parking which is located about 700 m. away from the hotel (about 15 min. walking distance). Soon after that, we arrived at the hotel and stood in front of the reception as the lady receptionist was on the phone. Unfortunately our small puppy urinated on the floor while we were still waiting for the lady to check us in. Although it was not our puppy's fault to pee on the floor of a pet-friendly hotel, we apologized letting her know that we had dog diapers in our luggage in order to put them in the room. The receptionist started moaning telling us that all dogs should be well trained in order to avoid such incidents and she "politely" asked us to leave and find accommodation elsewhere. And so we did. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Greece and abroad and this was the first time to get thrown out. All in all, a rather bad experience. P.S. Of course we had to walk another 15 min. in order to get our car from the parking lot...

A decent, clean hotel in the center of town, a fact that has its blessings (no need for a car to wander around the city) and its drawbacks (city noise). The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is polite and helpful. Apart from the practicality of its location there are nothing else worth mentioning.

I visited Achillion hotel for three days with a big group of friends. I was more satisfied than expected. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will for sure choose it again if I will visit Trikala again.

We found this by chance for our Christmas Holiday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was super and the breakfast was traditional and tasty!The prices were very good and we found it cheap. Totally value for money.

Very bad. Total waist of money. Better off sleeping in your car. Dirty cold, old bed, flat pillows, very small rooms. Probably never renovated since built many years ago. The only positive is the location. City center.

Just one night. Great location large room with balcony very quiet when windows were closed.The beds were enought comfortable. The breakfast was good. Not very easy to find street parking. Trikala is a small beautiful nice town.

This was a comfortable, nice hotel with pleasant staff. It is in the center of the city, close to the river, and on the pedestrian walking area. The room was very clean, the furnishings were pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. We had a balcony at our room overlooking the pedestrian area. The breakfast buffet was good and inviting. The staff in the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the river in Trikala. Its staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not new, but decent and comfortable. They had a free wifi, which is always a nice plus. Breakfast was good as well.
