We liked the location, the beds, and the breakfast, however, we had a very unpleasant incident with our car

The hotel has valet parking. They asked for our car key, and during the night, something happened to the car's hood in the hotel's parking lot, damaging the paint and scratching it severely at some points. The hotel did not take responsibility for the significant damage caused to our new car, which we entrusted to them. We have traveled all over the world, which was complete irresponsibility on the part of the hotel. It was frustrating and quite unpleasant.

The cleanliness

Needs a reno right away, air conditioning didn’t warm tbe room and the blankets are too short for an adult

Location and family friend

I have booked for two people one friend visit me during the afternoon and at night they didn’t allow allow me to have another guest and I paid for a double room so I admit and I think that they were quite homophobic and I will sue them

Breakfast was ok, location was good.

The room wasn't clean, I had To clean up the shower room to can use it.
