I didnot like the property at all. Plus point is location.

Room amenities such as AC, lights, size. Cleanliness. Service provider did not bother to offer drinking water in room. No value for money and will not recommend to other.

location was good and staff was very good

there were cockroaches in bathroom and there was no TV in room

Nothing like the pictures, one of the worst hotels I have ever been to.

At the time of check in and out phones were off due to low battery. We were carrying a small baby of 4 months with our 3-4 bags.. requested them to kindly allow us to check in and pay at the time of c/o. But the old man at the counter was talking non sense and forced us to charge our phone at the reception .by explaining us some new rules and non sense. 2- Rooms are not clean 3- Unprofessional staff. 4- At the time of c/o we had informed their staff that we would be checking out 30 mins late that is around 11.30 am. Yet their staff was forcing us to c/ o early in a very unprofessional way. 5- Overall unprofessional staff. You can compare it with a third class lodge. 1800? 1400? Not even worth of rs 1000!.. 6- Zero hospitality. Working in this industry from past many years. But they really don't know what is actual hospitality and service. Would not refer this to any one. I wish if I had enough time I would have taken that guy in specs left and right and explained him in detail what does hospitality mean.
