The guy @ reception was friendly & helpfull.

The noise throughout the night. Things falling, doors being slammed. The toilet was very uncomfortable, it was fitted high. The linen had a strange smell on them. Breakfast was a disaster, very bad experience. The food was not enough to serve 2 people, 1 sausage , a bit of scrambled eggs & little bit of bacon with beans was left @ the serving station.All of that was also cold. The rest like muffins ,bagels were stale . Staff didn't even bother to fill up , Have to ask for white bread which took long to toast.Electrical appliances for coffee, hot water were switch off. Have to ask for forks & spoons.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big

The fact that there was no dstv or Netflix access. Only openview

Bel établissement à l'extérieur de la ville, au calme, sécurisé et les chambres sont très confortables. Le personnel est très accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner

The breakfast was bad 👎 😩 😫 there was no cold milk. The only milk they had was the one use in the expresso. I wish I could buy breakfast at McDonald's or KFC rather There was no hot water for shower. 😮‍💨 we had to shower with cold water.

The staff were amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The garden and pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was tasty every morning. The property was clean and well looked after.

We were a bit disappointed that the family room we were placed in didn't have a kitchenette. The room was definitely big enough for a kitchenette and there could even fit a single bed in instead of a sleeper couch. A family room should have family friendly amenities. The fridge switching off when the room key was removed was also disappointing because it meant our groceries in the fridge were not kept cool.
