The staff are extremely helpful and friendly

The property was very accommodating and attentive to the guests. They also offered to make us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early which we appreciated.

The budget rooms are just that. I would avoid them and rather stay in room that have kitchenette facilities

I was referred by friends and colleagues from Sishen mine..Kathu . I asked for beautiful safest place to stay in Upington, everyone said to me Upington Inn by far. The reception is very friendly..the staff also friendly and welcoming..warmest play to stay..I will definitely go back with my family again..thank you Upington Inn ..you are the best..my stay was perfect..nice surroundings and nice swimming pool keep up the great job I also have spoken to my family and friends..colleagues to come for a perfect outing by you..the breakfast also is perfect and delicious the restaurant and the bar deserves a 5 star rating I actually spoken about you the whole week

Did not sleep there as the room was untidy. Curtains hanging on the ground and beds looked as if someone was taking a nap and forgot to pull the bedding right. Can't swing a cat in the room and the beds were not as requested on booking. I went to find other accommodation in town. Very disappointing.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The initial welcome wasn’t the most friendliest or welcoming, but then the staff did assist us thereafter to sort out something with our room and booked stay.
