The staff was excellent, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Bar is well stocked and the food was nice.

No DSTV channel. They had OpenView channels E-TV channels are not satellite channels as advertised. Bedding had stains on it and too small for the bed! I asked one of the cleaners to replace it and she says to spoke to management about it but nothing gets done about it. The value rating of the family room will be a zero (0).

We had previously stayed in a country hotels Lodge in kuruman, and it was not a good experience, so I was fearing the worst here. However, this one in Upington is MUCH better. Since we had the comparison, we could certainly see that more care is taken when preparing the rooms. The overall feel was clean and comfortable. It was fine for an overnight stop.

Bathroom needs some maintenance, shower was leaking.

That it was dog friendly and that they stayed open for us to make us food after the kitchen was closed

It feels like home away from home and the staff is amazing and the outside area. Just sitting in the garden under a tree. With my doggies. Which they allow. Yes
