"Good to stay but a lot of improvement required in the services"

The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was good and the service from the restaurant was also good

The staff at the reception during my check in were not too good. At my request I had got an assistant to take my luggage to the room which was also the same during the time of check out i requested a person to come for my luggage but they didn't send anyone. Also the TV remote was a bit malfunctioning. Overall it was a moderate experience.
