"Rude and don’t care staff, and inefficient systems"

Location was convenient

The reception and reservation staff behavior, very inefficient and yet time arrogant. Charged the room rent two times, to return that amount, still going back and fourth. Will never go there.

"Expensive and not worth it."

Room was clean.

Very expensive with issues during check in and check out. Check in process: Was not asked to give all the required ID during check in and then continuously hassled for IDs. When I eventually provided all the IDs staff at the reception made sarcastic comments that they had to do all the paperwork. The check out was also problematic with incorrect charge applied at the beginning and then was called multiple times correct the payment. Not expected when you charge Rs. 25k per night for a suite.
