Personale di sala e della reception molto accogliente e competente! Anche le signore delle pulizie.

Piscine con acqua troppo fredda, (soprattutto quella esterna) e non conformi alla descrizione fornita da Booking.

The hotel has a very beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, and the pool temperature is perfect. There’s plenty for the kids to do — the playground with a sandbox and outdoor play area is excellent, and all the daily animations are great. The location is also perfect.

The beds are very, very firm, which is why the comfort rating of the hotel is a bit lower. We had half board – the breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone. Dinner was organized so that each evening there were three menu options: one more vegetable-based, one Mediterranean, and another one I can’t quite remember. You choose your preferred menu in advance, and that’s what you’re served for dinner. For those who are a bit picky or don’t eat everything, this setup might not be ideal. However, there’s still plenty of food to choose from — even picky eaters can find something, as the starters include things like small pieces of pizza, cold cuts, and similar items.

Der Wellnessbereich hätte etwas länger geöffnet haben können, sodass man die Möglichkeit hat, den Tag nach dem Abendessen noch in der Sauna ausklingen zu lassen.

Tante cose sono decisamente migliorabili: lo staff alla reception fornisce indicazioni contraddittorie e spesso risultano molto severi con gli ospiti e privilegino le comunicazioni via mail anzichè quelle orali; nella mezza pensione è inclusa la merenda, peccato che non ci sia nemmeno un succo di frutta per i bambini o un caffè per gli adulti; durante la colazione sono disponibili bottiglie di acqua filtrata da poter portare al tavolo, mentre la sera l'acqua va acquistata a parte; non ci sono piscine per bambini; le stanze sono arredate in maniera molto basica e priva di qualsiasi decorazione, con alcuni elementi d'arredo (tende, divani) vecchi e non troppo puliti.

Zu Beginn hat das Essen sehr gut funktioniert. Im weiteren Verlauf wurden unsere Wünsche jedoch mehrfach nicht berücksichtigt, und es wurde teilweise falsches Essen serviert. Auch bestellte Getränke für das Frühstück wurden nicht immer gebracht. Besonders bei Allergien wäre mehr Sorgfalt wünschenswert gewesen.
