Location & friendly Staff

Can be a bit noisy in the mornings. Also we had a member off staff walk stright into our room while we where in bed early morning they never knocked first then realised we where there and scurried back out.

Room was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of dust under the bed

Food is amazing. Rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and professional

Delicious dinners with wide variety of meals plus salad buffet. Regional products of high quality during breakfast. Perfect wellness area for adults, 3 pools with easy access and sauna for children. Very nice personnel, helpful and smiling. Bus stop in front of hotel and taxi to the slopes in the morning were comfortable.

Taxi van to the slope works only in the morning and it was often better to take bus than to wait until it comes back. The ride back to the hotel was possible only by a bus.

Some of the employees were kind and the spa was nice but the ovners were only profit oriented. Garage and ski shuttle bus driver was nice and kind.

The check in was terrible. They did not give us the rooms until we paid odditional cost due to booking mistake in guests names and quantity. Thoug the prepaid packet costs included full number of guests. They didn’t give us any help with the luggage or any information about the hotel. They were only in for the money , letting us know that we will loose all of the prepaid money if we do not pay the additional cost. We could not withdraw the arrangement though the total cost for hotel was higher then any 5 star hotel in the neighborhood. The worst experience ever! Also food was only good looking without any good taste. All kids get the stomach ache and they also throw up, get diarrhea. We don’t know if the reason was the pool water or the food. Would not recommend the hotel too anyone.
