Very pleasant vibe. the staffs are very polite. they take care of everything that a guest needs. Great service. and the restaurant has really good food. And rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and water.

our room was very small. there was no view. i feel the price is lil bit higher but never mind they have the best vibe.

Extremely small rooms and beds. And lots and lots of mosquitoes! One of the rooms wasn't sanitised well so killed at least 15-20 mosquitoes and a wasp on the day of arrival after a long journey. Very basic bathrooms for a property charging much higher than other hotels. The toilet flush didn't work in one of the rooms. On Day 2, we paid the full amount for the rooms. The staff (Abhishek) later said to compensate for the first day's inconvenience, they would offer us some discount. However, they insisted that we first cancel the booking from our side. When we told them it would mean an auto charge on the card as it was post arrival, they assured us they'd adjust the discount in the food ordered. We took that at face value. On the day of checkout, however, they refused outright and simply denied ever offering this. After I hinted it could affect their reviews, within half hour of checking out I strangely received a mail from booking.com that we had never checked in at the hotel! This was clearly done to ensure I wouldn't be able to post a review at all. I had to alert booking.com that this was not true, after which they sent an option to review.

The stuff is very nice. Room pretty .

Staff are friendly. But few struggled to speak English.

The rooms and location did not represent the pictures shown on the Booking.com. It was misleading.

Cozy heaven in the city of God’s and Ganges! Tasty sumptuous food, very close to ghats and such positive proactive staff, will recommend highly to friends and family !
