Quite new.

The noise, in whichever room the traffic noise was too loud.

Gorgeous brand new hotel. Very clean, comfortable and really nice decor. Supee comfortable bed. Staff are trying to be very accommodating and attentive. Perfect location for ghats. Some nice eateries close by. The rooms are a good size and gorgeous. Really loved the room. Clean bathroom and great hot water that lasts aswell. Doesn't go cold. Highly recommend if you want to be near the ghats. This hotel took me by surprise with how lovely it was. It's very challenging to find good accommodation is Varanasi. Definitely stay here.

Limited breakfast options (only three or four items)- but the items they offered were delicious Staff insisted on paying at checkout even though I kept asking to pay throughout stay and beginning of stay. When it came to check out, we had to get to the airport and their system was down so it became complicated to pay and added unnecessary stress to our trip. Just make sure you pay at the beginning or have cash on you to pay at the end so you dont have to muck around with the electronic side of things. Since this hotel is only six months old, even though the staff are super lovely and putting in a lot of effort, it is a bit clunky and things don't run super smoothly. Shower is also a bit fidgety. It's either freezing cold or boiling hot initially. The mixer/tap is very stiff to move (maybe just new) but be patient as once you figure it out, super nice shower and good water pressure!! 👌

The hotel is new, clean. Staff is helpful. We couldn’t find any excange office and they helped us to exchange money . They found good price taxi to go airport.

Shower stall is not working well. Hot water is coming and can’t arrange level. Except this, everything is fine.

Really loved this hotel. It's new and very well maintained. Location is great too. Staffs are very courteous and prompt.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Proximity to Ghats.

There was no buffet or restaurant and it is no where specified in the booking page to enable an informed decision. Further, the breakfast is served in the rooms, but there are no tables to keep the tray or plates on. Check in took more time than usual because the room wasn't ready though empty, as if the hotel was not really expecting us.

The Room was clean and spacious. For Christmas Day the hotel gave guests free complimentary cake which was a very nice gesture.

The hot water shower has extremes of temperature issues and the Drainage of water in the shower was poor. The room was a little noisy at times due to building works. There was no food served at the hotel. There was no tourist desk and the reception staff information was inaccurate and patchy. The Guard gave good travel info
