"Overall okay but need improving."

The facilities were modern. The bed was comfortable and the overall area was clean. Staff were friendly.

There was not a top sheet on the duvet, which is not hygienic because you can't wash the duvet every time between guests. The shower was cold. Half of the plug sockets were not working We booked the balcony room, but you cannot access the balcony from the room. The balcony door is barred and locked. So it felt like it was advertised as a lie. This was inconvenient because we wanted to use to to dry our clothes.

Facilities are not prepared fully....like furniture etc. Sufficient Staff is not there....they keep on struggling to meet the demand of food orders etc. Everytime u need to call over mobile for communication to the housekeeping or room service
