Гледката е прекрасна, местоположението е много добро, а персоналът беше изключително мил, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Това определено допринесе за приятния ни престой.

Хотелът не е особено подходящ за семейства с малки деца. Липсват базови удобства за тях – няма дори детска площадка или люлка. Храната не беше достатъчно разнообразна и съобразена с нуждите на по-малките гости. Стаите разполагат с много малки шкафове и липсва нормален гардероб, което е неудобно при по-дълъг престой със семейство. Организацията на ол инклузив програмата също не ни допадна. Часовете за хранене и напитки не са особено удобни, а на бара липсват подходящи снаксове между храненията. Освен това обикновено еспресо може да се поръча едва след 10:00 ч., което е странно ограничение за хотел с ол инклузив концепция. Като цяло престоят беше приятен, но има доста неща, които могат да бъдат подобрени, особено за семейства с деца.

Yemekler rezalet kahvaltı da kruvasanlar bile bayat havuz aşırı küçük plaj taşlı kum yetersiz şezlong ve şemsiye zaten plaja inmek çıkmak işkence gibiydi aşırı dik yokuş bu sıcakta mümkün değil sürekli inip çıkmak. ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (2/10 Sterne) Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht in vielen Punkten nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Fotos geweckt werden. Ein besonders ärgerlicher Punkt: Der auf den Bildern gezeigte Basketballplatz existiert so nicht mehr. Auch das Theatergelände ist komplett verwildert und macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Der Pool wurde während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts offenbar kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Zudem riechen die Getränkespender unangenehm nach abgestandenen Getränken, und die angebotenen Getränke stammen ausschließlich aus diesen einfachen Spendern und wirken sehr billig. Auf der Terrasse fehlt ein Sonnendach, sodass man kaum Schatten findet. Das Essen war für unseren Geschmack sehr schlecht und wenig genießbar. Ein angekündigtes oder nennenswertes Abendprogramm gab es ebenfalls nicht. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und entsprechend laut. Das Badezimmer ist so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen kann – an der Toilette vorbeizukommen und gleichzeitig die Dusche zu nutzen, ist praktisch unmöglich. Zusätzlich machte die Klimaanlage einen verschimmelten Eindruck, was alles andere als angenehm war. Der einzige wirklich positive Aspekt war das freundliche und bemühte Personal, das trotz der vielen Mängel einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel aufgrund des schlechten Zustands, der mangelnden Sauberkeit und der irreführenden Darstellung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Just the stuff at the pool bar

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort this year. I stayed here last year and the difference is huge. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. The food lacked variety and felt more like a basic cafeteria than an all-inclusive resort restaurant. Most dishes were bland, tasteless, and poorly prepared. During my entire stay, there was not even one soup served. Desserts were also very disappointing – often limited to a small piece of baklava that was soft and crushed. Several drinks that were previously included in the all-inclusive package have been removed, which was another unpleasant surprise. The beach area was also disappointing. While the sea itself is not the hotel’s responsibility, the section with the sunbeds belongs to the resort and was full of litter and dirt. It was obvious that proper cleaning and maintenance were lacking, and in some areas there was barely a clean place to put a sunbed. There were no activities or entertainment during my stay. Evening dinners felt depressing rather than enjoyable. There was no background music, no atmosphere, and many guests appeared dissatisfied. The photos advertised online do not reflect reality and should be updated. The resort also does not have the basketball or tennis facilities that many guests may expect based on the information available. Even the parking area, which was already in poor condition when I visited last year, remains neglected. This resort urgently needs better management. Guests pay based on what is advertised, but the reality is completely different. Sadly, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not return unless major improvements are made.

This was our 6 out of hopefully many stays to this hotel that never disappoints. The most pleasant staff I have ever met, delicious food and plenty of beverages, beautiful beach and a terrace with the perfect sunset view. What's not to like.

Few minor details, but nothing is perfect.

Good deal for the price.

Its not for kids, no ramps for strollers, too many stairs, so a good hotel for adults, but not families with kids especially toddlers.
