La ubicacion, el hotel esta bien ubicado

La atencion de la recepcionista el dia que llegamos, no nos quisieron dar una tolla extra ya que llevabamos niños y la necesitamos, las almohadas muy duras el colchon incomodo, nos hemos quedado muchas veces, pero esta ultima no fue agradable desde la llegada, habia cancelado mi reservacion el hotel y al llegar pague mas cara la habitacion

La atención, accesibilidad de entrada, salida, respeto, silencio agradable para estar, ubicación, relación calidad precio, etc.

La limpieza debajo de los box, bases o colchones hay exceso de basura y polvo, prestar más atención en la limpieza, en general está bien.
