Thân thiện

Mình đặt phòng 3 giường nhưng khi thấy 2 người lớn và 2 trẻ em tới thì lại cho mình phòng 2 giường chật ních . Ngày thứ 3 thì sửa thang máy phải đi thang bộ đã vậy xà bần đổ ngay cửa phòng không có đường đi , bé còn nhém té xuống lỗ thang máy khi sửa mà ko có biện pháp giữ an toàn cho khách . Trải nghiệm quá tệ cho một kỳ nghỉ
