The Laundry Rooms - Waterloo

These rooms are basically condo apartments. There is no reception upon check in; you’re sent instructions. For accessing the building. When we arrived we realized we needed to get parking but didn’t know how to add it after the fact, and no front desk to speak to someone. We had booked a room with a king sized bed but it was a queen, maybe a double, which was very disappointing as it made the sleep restricting.. It was late and nobody to deal with this situation with our timing. The room was nice and it was clean, and there’s a kitchenette and seating area separate from the bedroom. It’s a nice place to stay if you’re not interested in any other amenities that you would typically get with a hotel.

The app to get into the apartment doesn't work well. In fact on the last day it didn't work at all. And the emergency number was useless.

Host accommodated our early check in reqest which helped us out a lot. It's one of the best stays so far on Booking.ca. super clean and spacious. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Ligging, garage, inrichting. Everything was good.

We had only cold water so taking a shower was not pleasant. We reported it the next morning and it was fixed later that day.
