The location is great and Midigama is beautiful part of Sri Lanka

I can't rate the property, because when we arrived, we were told that our booked accommodation is not available. I booked on Wednesday and our stay started on Saturday. We were offered the accommodation in next door facility and at the end of the day it was OK, but it was not bungalow that we booked.

This place is in a great location - it's close to the beach, but not overlooking the busy road, very quiet, very serene, I saw peacocks every morning, mongoose sneaking around, monkeys, and of course cute puppies at the property. The room I stayed in was big, with a high ceiling, comfortable bed, a lay back chair on the porch, everything I needed for a good vacation.

They sorted another accomondation for us.

Booked this 23feb at noon and wanted to stay a night from 24-25. Unlucky as we arrived the booking didnt count. They did their best and sorted a nearby place. Booking genius level 3 - still nothing but booking would have a solution if they didnt sort it out. Out of this the rating will be 2/5. Very unlucky situation and i hope others will not be in the same position as us. I also know that they tried their best. Found it weird that i got a "review us and about your stay" the same day we arrived for check in. Unfortunately I found it places thorugh booking sometimes the resort dont check.

The place is nice and clean and close to the main restaurants, surf spots and the train station. The staff was really nice and helpful. I also asked them if I could stay for one additional night and they had no problems with my request.

I booked a bungalow but when I arrived there they gave me a standard balcony room, which was also nice and clean, but it was not what I booked.

A little bit away from the main town but close enough to walk. Very clean, restful, great service

Nice big room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and very cute puppies there 😊 The room got a bit hot at times but it was okay. Nice location

The room smelled a bit like mold, and was out of reach of wifi

The bungalow was amazing. Super clean and I lived the hammock. It felt like home for us. The stuff was very nice to us. And always there to help us. I would recommend this for sure.
