Super friendly staff.

Disappointed with the construction that was going next our booked villa on second day. Management should have informed this earlier to us or should have mark the villa unavailable for booking while onstite construction going on.

The rooms were nice , very aesthetic

Absolute horrible approach to property Staff wasn’t helpful Tried to get an advance thus breaking booking.com rules Ac was tooo small to cool the property Staff mismanagement cost me dearly Should’ve been accommodated / compensated for leaving a day before

Villa Hillcrest is friendly property; the rooms are reasonable in size and private pool to some of the rooms are good addition.

The location of the property is bit off the route and cars/vans can not reach up till hotel. One needs to board property provided tuk-tuk to reach. also, road side lights are insufficient.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean swimming pool.

Inconvenient parking, narrow roads to climb, hit our car's undeneath. Animal fecus right at the entrance of the Villa's door. Breakfast was not as expected. unavailable items on the inclusive menu. Bathroom wasnt the best, No towel/ cloth rack.

Les taxis ne montent pas jusqu’en haut car trop pentu du coup faut finir à pied
