Nice spacious and clean rooms with AC (I specifically loved that the AC was NOT blowing directly on the bed!!), comfortable beds with mosquito nets, big bathroom with hot water, amazing breakfast, super nice and helpful owner/manager and extremely cute little cat! 🥰

No words can describe how amazing it’s to stay here! The location is just across from the surf point which’s super sick, just grab a board and go! Also, it’s so close to so many restaurants and a bit away from the city hassle, which was ideal for me! My room was super nice, air conditioning and a fan, clean facilities, nice shower and spacious rooms. Nipun, the host and is so great, and the breakfast is super nice, really tasty. I’ve been in south sea villa for two weeks, and I will definitely come back here soon. Really recommend if available, to go to a jungle tour or an adventure with Nipun, was super fun and funny, really nice to connect with nature and see so many cool animals. Overall staying here made my trip 100% better, and it will make yours too! Highly recommended 🙏🏼

Rooms are big clean and spacious. A good spot if you want to surf. The owner was really great and helped us with recommendations, and even dropped us to our next stay.

Words can not even describe how much I loved this place. From the moment you arrive Nipon is the sweetest man you have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Full of smiles and is so helpful with anything you need. Room was clean spacious and had a lovely bathroom. Is in the perfect spot for going out to local eateries and right next to the beach. Has to be the best place I’ve stayed will definitely be back Nipon thank you very much for everything.

No real seaview from the room so dont expect it (see photo below). Just a bit of noise from the train railway behind the room. Beware check out is at 10am.

Great location, so close to the beach. Lovely comfortable and very cool and spacious rooms. Great kitchen and area to eat.
