The experience met my 4k rule: quiet, comfortable, convenient (for our travelling purposes) and clean. The owner was obliging.

The appearance of the building was pretty unattractive; and there seemed to be some folks who were a tad under the weather in front of the bar, but didn't cause any problems as such.

The staff , manager, owner were exceptional Cafe, restaurant, bar was right there. Shopping just a lil down the road Good area and very quiet

"Road trip"

Very clean.. Lots of hot water Lots of bath towels toiletries on hand Clean bedding Very comfortable beds. Mini fridge works great Great location All staff was awesome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for cheap place.

Entertainment on site, restaurant, bar, VLT lounge, pool tables, patio, vendor, jazz Saturdays.

The only thing i would suggest is maybe updating the rooms just a bit. I’ve been given the same room twice and both times the ceiling fan in the washroom doesn’t work, so when you shower it gets very humid and you can smell the moisture. Other than that, I have truly enjoyed my stay each time.

Location proximity to u of M Quiet Small town feel Self serve popcorn, included restaurant coffee Amazing restaurant attached - breakfast was too notch

Sink and bathtub very slow to drain, no full length mirror in room, hallways smelled of smoke, the carpet in room very dated. Would love to see plank flooring would vastly improve the room
