=== Panorama hotel === Suite room #412 was larger than we expected. Awesome view of panorama mountains. Kids of 6 and 12 years were all the time in Kids room. Kids room has schedule of events. Spa with swimming pool was quite big. We spend evening times with kids there till closing. We were with kids during school holiday season. So, we expected overcrowded hotel and swimming pool. We were lucky, because it was spacious and not too many people, so we could play with ball without disturbing others. Kids tried Finnish sauna for the first time. All the personel is smiling and friendly (Indonesia-like). We were in Carpathian mountains a lot of times (Bukovel and Yaremcha). We did not expect such kind of awesome service. Very new room. TV with pre-applied services. Free Wi-Fi covered anywhere. Big and comfortable bathroom. Balcony with mountain view. Refrigerator with front glass door. Free bottled water daily. Breakfasts - separate masterpiece. A lot of options. Everything was great. Fancy dishes servings look. It looked more expensive than 5* hotels buffets. Waiters were very attentive and elegant. Fresh or "almost fresh" apple and peach juices. ** Suggestion: come before the middle of the breakfast. Some dishes are not re-fulfilled closer to the end. Territory contains small park for kids, animals to watch and restaurant with traditional tasty dishes, not expensive. We like travelling and attended 30+ countries. This hotel was a huge positive surprise for us in Ukraine (plus comparing with Bukovel). P.S. That is second hotel I rated as 10 stars after one in Iceland.

Wi-Fi is open without password that is very convenient, but not very secure. Could be great to have two options: - open for kids and simplicity - secured with password for better security Private parking is about 100m down the hill. There are steps there. But when you are tired at the end of the day it is not very comfortable. The other side is that parked cars does not break awesome room and entrance views. You are allowed to park the car near entrance on check-in and check-out. There was some delay (15-30 minutes) during our check-in. We were provided free drinks and compliment in restaurnat during waiting. Pricy. It was costier than in Bukovel. I do not regret, especially ourdays.

Quality of service, the general hotel atmosphere.

The parking is 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel with not the most comfy road to take.
