The location is in the centre of the tourist spot. And the staff were friendly to guide us to nearby attractions.

Nothing much to say.

The place is in the prime area where everything is nearby. It is well maintained and clean. The staff are kind and welcoming. Budget friendly and economical. A very good place to stay if you have a sound plan to wander around Yelagiri and if you are looking for a place to crash the day off.

Even Though it has all the amenities the rooms are quite small, not a good option if you want to lay back and cool it off for a stay in the resort. Limited options for food, there's no means to order food via call for lunch. Though the heater was provided the impact of it was minimal.

The location is perfect, the bed slept good.

We first got a room where the shower was not at all working. When I asked about it the receptionist confirmed that he knew that it was not working. We got another room after our complaint. What I don't understand is that when there are other rooms available that you give a room to tourists without a shower. That while you pretend to be a 5 starr hotel. Because of the 5 star hotel description we had high expectations .. please be aware that 5 star is completely different.. We have been to a couple of 5 star hotels and they were completely different, this is more a 2 star hotel.

The location. It is just opposite the Boat Houe. Helpful staff. Staff behavior. Staff communication. Clean Room. Safe Parking. Safe stay.

The price is a bit high compared to the other options. No food arrangement other than on weekends. No lift. It's a bit tough for an aged person.
