Pool was very inaccessible to disabled of those with limited mobility

staff was friendly, breakfast was generous and beds were comfortable,rooms were very clean

I booked for family of 5 , two adults, and three children. When we arrived I was told , that two double rooms were booked and that most parents sleep with the youngest child in bed . I was offered travel cot which was too small for my nearly 5 year old so I refused. On a positive note , beds were large enough , so three kids slept in one double bed . The reason we booked this hotel is that it had swimming pool; on our arrival I was told , swimming pool had technical issues and therefore not in use. We were not offered any kind of compensation except for an apology. Hotel room we were staying in was lacking hand soap so we were given shampoo instead; cable tv was not working; wall mirror fell off and was leaning against the wall , just like that. toilet roll holder was broken in the other room-complete lack of maintenance-overall, nothing to justify 4* rating of this hotel;
