The location was perfect, in front of the lake and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all of the necessary utensils. For breakfast you can order from a menu, with plenty of choice. There was free parking in the parking lot of the villa.

Nice apartments with great view in the middle of the town

We stayed for one night at this property as a stopover on our way to Belgrade, and while the apartment itself has genuine qualities, the overall experience was let down by poor communication, inadequate facilities, payment issues, and a lack of basic guest comfort. Serious improvements are needed before I could recommend it to fellow travelers. The two-bed apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The restaurant on site offers delicious food, and the location directly in front of the lake is lovely. These are real positives, and with better management, this place could earn much higher marks.

The hotel has no reception and no logo that matches its listed name on Booking. It is extremely difficult to find using Google. The instructions I received indicated it is searchable under the logo "Masa Apartmani," but that turned out not to be accurate. After a great deal of trouble locating it, I realized upon arrival that the signage may actually read "MAWA," not "MASA." For travelers who do not speak the local language, this kind of confusion is a serious barrier. I would strongly encourage management to provide clearer, more foreigner-friendly arrival instructions. Wi-Fi in Apartment 3 was completely non-functional. We eventually figured out a workaround by connecting to the Wi-Fi designated for another apartment, but this is not something guests should have to troubleshoot on their own. The water heater in the room only provided enough hot water for one guest. For a two-bed apartment designed to accommodate multiple people, this is really unacceptable and needs to be rectified. The checkout process was also problematic. Visa card payment was not working, so we had no choice but to pay in cash. This is a significant inconvenience, particularly for international travelers who may not carry sufficient local currency. We interacted with two members of staff during our stay. One was from the apartment and came to pick us up upon arrival, which was appreciated. The other was from the associated restaurant and kindly assisted with both breakfast and the checkout process. The reason for this arrangement was that the person from the apartment who handles payments does not speak English. While both staff members were helpful, the language barrier in handling basic transactions like checkout is something the property should address. To cap off the experience, we were woken at 2:30 AM by loud noise — sounded a party, some people singing, and some angry people knocking on the door. Anyway, terrible experience.
