The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet and its employees were very nice

Some of the listed amenities for the twin room are absent. When asked about it I was told these are deluxe room features. Yet they were listed on the twin room. (Safety deposit box, bath, minibar, fridge) Also the pool was sadly being renovated or at least empty. When I brought these things up to management I did get a fridge

It was a wonderful experience staying with family in this hotel. Rooms are big and service was excellent. Morng Breakfast was very good and staff of restaurant are very friendly. Overall experience was excellent

The breakfast was ok, but food was good. There was no wifi available and we complained a couple of times but they were least interested. The bedsheet wasn’t that clean, it had stains. Geyser wasn’t working

The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped. The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent. Overall, I rate the hotel experience as 4.1 out of 5.
