USThe receptionist was very patient. She can't speak English very well, but understands English when we had questions. But to make communication simpler, we used a language translation app. The room is modern and tasteful. The room had ample sunlight from the skylights during the day time to wake us up, and all the appliances we needed for the trip.
I don't believe there are non smoking rooms so you will need to be okay with the smell of cigarettes. There's also no lift(elevator) so you'll have to either pack light or be comfortable carrying your suitcases up a couple flight of stairs.
