Clean and comfortable property supplying a good breakfast. Located in centre of town. Lovely bar downstairs but you don't hear anything from the second floor.

Everything was fine, stairs could be an issue for those with mobility difficulties.

Convenient location for our journey to the highlands. Easy parking. Exceptionally friendly staff Lizi was so helpful & bubbly she made us feel very welcome at dinner. Thanks

Stairs up to 2nd floor but only because we are getting on a bit 🤪

Staff were super friendly and nothing was a problem to them. The food was great, the rooms were comfy and clean and there was little to no noise from the bar heard in the rooms.

Rooms very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good but not a very easy layout for the buffet, however the cooked breakfast is excellent. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly as was the hotel manager.

We tried to eat in the restaurant on 2 occasions. The first night there were no tables available despite being told on 2 occasions that it was not necessary to book. The second night we booked a large table as there were 5 of us with the Hotel manager at breakfast but when we arrived there was a only a table for 4 reserved. The Bar manager picked up the reserved notice with our name on it and swapped it with another and threw it onto the other table and said that we sit there with one on the end. His attitude was atrocious and turned his back while muttering. We decided to leave and eat at INTI across the road, which was excellent. We have reported this to the Hotel manager who was very apologetic. One person can ruin an entire visit and would certainly not return.
