Excellent location, clean rooms. Good size family room.

It is in a quiet, peaceful location, with a terrace overlooking the sea. The bus stop is very close, 20 m away, and there is also a supermarket. It takes 15 minutes by bus to the city of Skyatos and the bus ticket costs 2 euros, but you can also take a small boat (water bus), a very nice experience and the ticket is only 3.5 euros, and it is also very close to the accommodation. The beach is also a few steps away, it is almost at the end of the garden, it is nice and sandy and the bus stop is 10-15 meters away. Breakfast is also served in a pleasant dining room, not the buffet of a large hotel, but the selection is satisfactory. But what brought everything was the Rose Garden restaurant and bar next to the hotel, or rather in the hotel, because it is a building complex and the hotel staff also carries it. The food is very delicious, I think the chef is a wizard, he knows how to give lasting culinary pleasure.

There really wasn't anything that I really didn't like. But if they asked me to "look for cracks in the wall" Then maybe I would say: the shower tray could be a little bigger. TV could have 1-2 news channels, sports channels (would be useful during world competitions). for breakfast, there could be more types of cold cuts, some local fruit.

Room was not only comfortable but also affordable, making it excellent value for money. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus for staying connected and the breakfast was a delicious start to the day. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness added to the overall positive experience, making it a top choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Whether I needed to catch a bus or a train, I always found convenient options nearby. Hotel had also a good signal free WIFI and parking. Recommended to everyone.
