Location is good but hygiene & cleaning issue somany cockroces in room

Absolutely disgusting hotel, even more disgusting staff and service. I had a last minute schedule to travel to Ahmedabad for a couple of meetings right after my international travel and since I was already tired so I wanted to book a hotel closer to my meeting venue and I ended up booking Hiotel Avaante. I reached there around 8 am and so the staff informed me that I will have to pay extra for an early check-in, to which I agreed. I then asked for breakfast- tea and veg grilled sandwich. You should definitely check the cctv of the hotel to see how they got my breakfast. Tea wasn't covered and sandwiches had uncut and poorly stuffed vegetables, also with no french fries even though I was paying for it. Very very very unhygienically brought to me and so I didnt eat my breakfast. The rooms AC was also not working and i complained twice at the reception but noone bothered. I then thought that while on my way heading out, i will ask people at the reception to change my room as AC isnt working. After this torturous experience I went to take shower and to my utter shock, the shower panel came right flying on my head and I got severely injured. I had also taken photo after gaining some strength and trying to still figure out what just happened, this photo I have attached here. I couldn't take it anymore and I was furious and my head was spinning. I cried of excruciating pain. I then put my foot down and asked to speak to the owner. Finally after wasting my crucial 1 hour when I had to rush for meeting and the unbearable pain I was in, the staff made me speak to the owner who came after 40 mins of my call to meet me. He assured that he will look into the matter and allotted me another room. I, couldn't wait further so I left for my meeting right after. I came back in the night and headed straight for dinner. After coming back I slept and didn't use the washroom.
