A very neat and clean hotel with all facilities available. Location is also good as railway station is 5 km and airport is 13 km. A value for money.

"quite pleasant as the staff are friendly & helpful."

Window overlooking the street and the lake was very nice,

Coffee was less concentrated. . need to wait for hot water & at time no hot water. no ironing facility. Breakfast was reasonable , but less options.

Both the room and the hotel were very clean. It was nice to have the use of a hairdryer in the bathroom.The staff were polite and helpful and arranged for taxis to ferry us around. It was handy having a restaurant next door.

There wasn't always hot water.

I had to choose this hotel as last minute option for my conference and i am from pune so i didn't know much. But for the price i paid the room was spacious and it was above my expectations as i have always stayed in 3+ star hotels before. But worth the money

Staff is bit slow.
