Everything was sub-standard, much below expectation. The guy sitting in the reception was rude and polemic, kept me waiting for the room key while speaking to many people over phone. Room and linens were dirty. Only one micro sized soap was provided as "free gesture"; no water bottle, no shampoo. The food was horrible too.

Nice, comfortable stay at this budget friendly hotel After a gap of some years, this was our second stay at this budget friendly hotel. With the friendly atmosphere all around it had become like a second family home. Everyone here including the owners, managers, front desk reception, kitchen and room service staff were so very friendly and helpful, we really felt at home. Not only were we treated to some very tasty, home cooked Indian culinary delights from owners/managers’ home, one of the young reception staff even took me in his vehicle to the nearest bus station and booked some bus tickets for me on my behalf. I must also make a mention here of the time during our first visit when I suddenly felt ill one morning. My worried wife immediately informed the reception desk and the owner/manager wasted no time in immediately arranging with one of the staff members for me to be driven immediately to see the doctor. There it took quite some time for the treatment but this hotel staff member waited all that while till I felt well and was discharged. Even after that he took me to the local chemist to buy the medicines that the doctor had prescribed and only after that he drove me and my wife back to the hotel. This is something myself and my wife will never forget and will ever be grateful to the owner/manager and the staff member who took me to the doctors. With such fond experiences and memories, I have no hesitation in recommending this budget friendly hotel to one and all.
