Nostos Sifnos

The location and the accommodation were very good. The host was very welcoming and helpful and the scenery was superb

There wasn't anything I didn't really like, but, if I was to quibble, I was a bit disappointed that we did not get the sun on our terrace very much

La propreté du logement, la déco, literie confortable. Hôte très gentils, attentifs et de bons conseils. La localisation du logement.

Les logements ne sont pas très bien insonorisés, on attend facilement les voisins...

The stay at Nostos Sifnos was just perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was idyllic - quiet, peaceful, beautiful. We loved our morning coffee or afternoon reads at the table & chairs on the patio outside our room surrounded by nature. It was a short 10-15 minute walk from Apollonia or a quick car ride away. Loved staying near Apollonia. The host was so friendly & helpful from start to finish - offering to help with whatever we needed. The room was beautiful and clean. Would certainly recommend, and would go again :)

The complex is beautiful...felt very calm and happy here. Loved being located in a garden with many floweing plants with our own little balcony, table and chairs. Opposite is one of Sifnos's best tavernas and around the corner a splendid blue domed church.All around are the colours and aromas of herbs and farmland. This village, Kato Peteli, just a few minutes drive from Apollonia is a very good choice for accomodation if you like to be in touch with the land.

Bed was a little awkward. Access only on one side so only one small side table...and...wall lights located on the wall exactly where one might wish to put ones head when sitting up in bed...ouch!!...bit of a design fault there. As breakfasts are not available a few more items for room assembled breakfasts would have been good...bowls provided for cereal/ yoghurt but no large spoons...a couple of plates plus their cuttlery would have been welcomed This little village does not have a cafe around the corner for breakfasts but it does have a good large supermarket on the outskirts...food is available...just need some plates etc None of this spoilt my experience in this delightful place...some places have something special about them...this is one of them...for me anyway.
