"Nice hotel but deceptive experience"

The location is very central The main receptionist is very kind The rooms are nice

The breakfast is not incredible. Industrial orange juice, pastries (not always fresh from the day) and cereals. That's nice to have one offered but that's it. No isolation between the rooms. So it was hard to sleep some nights even with the earplugs. We had a problem which explains such a bad mark. We booked a transport recommended by the hotel for a tour leaving at 5 am. After waiting 30minutes it just canceled letting us in a poor situation. The receptionist was of no help, even refusing of calling the transporter for us (and this is not easy speaking Spanish at 5am). After that the hotel excused very little. That was strongly unprofessional.

sweet hotel and very comfortable rooms.

it was a bit of a trial accessing hot water but I did get one hot shower.
