Assento do vaso sanitário, desgastado, poderia ser rígido, uma aparência mais higiênica, cada quarto tem um padrão de tomada, tem que estar com sorte para usar o de três pinos para ligar um computador, carregador de celular, pode faltar tomada em área que precisa, um manutentor para rever todas as lâmpadas, mal contato, troca, etc....

Localização, estacionamento, praticidade de acesso, agilidade no check in e check out, chuveiro individual elétrico adequado para o ambiente frio.

Lâmpada "queimada do quarto", a principal do teto. Assento do vaso sanitário já muito desgastado, item barato que poderiam ser trocado com frequência, televisão com sinal muito ruim, a mussarela não agradou no café da manhã.
