- Peaceful ambiance - Amazing infrastructure - Amazing staff ( special shoutout to the manager, & the blonde lady serving breakfast). I really liked that the staff was flexible when the guests had requests. They were very prompt into assisting with everything - Welcoming drink was so tasty & refreshing - Breakfast a la carte very convenient - Dinner menu had really tasty dishes that were well cooked

I find it very unfortunate that the standard of the room did not match the standard of the overall infrastructure, location, and hospitality of the staff. The rooms were very minimalist which might be beneficial during summer vacation. However, that should not compromise the standard of the room. With that being said, you should definitely update. The floors had marks on them , the stone in the bathroom had a mold smell , corners of bathroom had turned black,the towels were old - grayish, the sheets were old. Cover of the sofa was not cleaned. Overall cleaning should be improved as well. I normally read cleanliness reviews before booking which were all great so I am not sure why I had this experience. Perhaps it was only the room that I stayed at. Therefore, I Kindly ask you to keep notice and invest in it, then you will likely get the extra star :) because for the rest - you deserve it.

Unbelievable view. You just can't get enough of the view, the garden design and landscape, the architecture, just stunning. Pool area was lovely. Our apartment was fantastic; we got upgraded to a suite, lovely. The hotel really is beautiful.

Given the level of the hotel accommodation i would have expected breakfast to be a little better. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't as good as other, less expensive places we stayed on our trip. We did have dinner one night at the hotel and that was very good! Also, really need to do something about lounges around the pool, needs to be able to fit more people, too small for the size of the hotel.

L'hôtel offre une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, avec l’impression unique d’être seul au monde. Notre chambre disposait d’une incroyable terrasse avec vue panoramique : magique. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours attentionné. On a aussi adoré les jeux de société et les livres à disposition, une belle idée. Les prestations de massages sont excellentes, avec un super rapport qualité-prix. Les petits déjeuners à la carte sont généreux et bien au-dessus de la moyenne en Grèce. Nous aimerions revenir passer un séjour prochainement !

L’hôtel est magnifique et l’environnement exceptionnel, mais il gagnerait à être réservé aux adultes : la piscine, assez petite, ne permet pas un réel moment de calme lorsque des enfants y jouent. Dans la chambre, quelques équipements manquent pour un standing de ce niveau : pas de miroir en pied, pas de chaînes internationales ou Netflix à la TV, et pas de table à repasser (le fer disponible était cassé). Le sauna/hammam devrait être inclus à la suite d’un massage, comme cela se fait souvent ailleurs — le supplément de 20€ paraît excessif. Enfin, les plats du soir sont chers au regard de leur qualité : des prix proches de ceux d’une très bonne brasserie en France, sans que cela se reflète dans l’assiette.

It was beyond expectation in every way. The staff were exceedingly friendly and engaging. The breakfast amd dinner were top quality on a wonderful terrace with a spectacular vista - especially at sunset. The facility was of superb quality in every way, from the design to the quality of finish of every detail . The location, while a little isolated, provided a really relaxing ambience.

A very minor thing..we could have perhaps had a more proactive service to the, small but delightful, infinity pool.
