Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. Pieczywo świeże, duży wybór wędlin. Hotel położony w bardzo fajnym miejscu, nad rzeką Nettą, blisko do centrum Augustowa.

Czystość(pajęczyny w pokoju 28, grzejnik w łazience bardzo brudny). Światło na holu które było włączone przez całą noc i które wpadało przez szparę pod drzwiami do pokoju. Bardzo słabe wyciszenie, słychać rozmowy i muzykę z pokoju obok
