Extremely clean, comfortable rooms with everything needed. Highly recommend visiting restaurant - delicious and big portions for very reasonable price. Appreciate the level of effort staff took to give best exprerience.

Small suggestion to inform about charge of parking lot - I have read the same comment from other guests in reviews thus put attention if there will be any notice in the reception during check in or booking in app, but got this info only when check out.

The place is beautifully decorated for Easter, with pots of fresh, live flowers adding a lovely touch. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the interior greets you with a wonderful scent. The shared areas feel cosy and inviting, and the restaurant in the evening is especially pleasant and warm. Overall, a very cosy and enjoyable atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The pillows were small, synthetic, and felt rather unnatural and uncomfortable. The sink did not appear very clean, and the shower was not particularly convenient. It was also disappointing to find that only shampoo was provided - especially considering there is a spa pool, as no hair conditioner or vanity kit was available.In the pool area, the shower was not working, and the steam room was cold. Additionally, the small shower used to rinse the seating area in the steam room was not functioning. The changing rooms are shared (with individual cubicles), which felt less comfortable than expected. Breakfast was quite modest and could benefit from a wider selection.
