Nice and friendly environment, it was perfect for our stay on the way back to the Uk. We had dinner there as well and the food was really tasty 😋 it is right in the centre of town so you can go for a nice stroll.

Easy place to stay with accommodating staff - nice location for dropping into the main square or for setting off on a hike. Ice cream shop right on site as well as hotel restaurant. Bad Urach is really such a beautiful place to stay and Rostica created a great home base to explore.

Small thing - and could have been that I missed instructions - was that when we arrived right around standard check-in time, we had to call for somebody to come meet us. There was a number on the door and they arrived very quickly so really not an issue, just a nice to know ahead of time to manage our smallest travelers' expectations.
