Rooms are good, fan makes loud noises, towels are bad

check in took longer than 30 mins. they are trying to squeeze more money (about a 1k more) out of us than shown in the booking. they claim some commission is missing and should be paid by us. after some let us check in. finally they did offer the rooms we booked but smaller rooms. they tried to charge us during checkout again and it delayed checkout as well! its headache.

Attached restaurant food was awesome. Absolutely enjoyed the food and stay

1. Approach to the hotel rooms. First time difficult to find it. 2. One time Washroom was filled with cigarette smoke. Had to buy air freshner.

Online and in the email which I received the cost for the stay mentioned as 1104rs and some taxes of 132rs which needs to paid . But in the reception they have taken around 1468rs from us , approximately 250 extra . They didn’t give the receipt also , breakfast was not included.

Very spacious rooms, clean wash rooms. Location is very convenient

No mobile network and very bad wifi connectivity. Would have stayed there for few more days but was unable to take calls or work
