Great location, helpful staff, good chamber with a nice bed. The badroom could use a bit of maintenance. Good quality for a low price.

For $33/night, my expectations were low. However, Cubbon Suites failed to meet my very low expectations. I cannot comprehend why the ratings are high.

The WIFI was abysmal. The bed uncomfortable. Noise from a neighbors bathroom was awful. Hallway noise was disruptive. No clean water provided. No coffeemaker. No coffee available.

Sanjay the hotel manager was superb with his tips and his fluent English made getting facts and insider knowledge so much easier - the hotel is in a central location and walkable to so many places but is also quiet as it is on a side street.

The staff could not help more helpful We will be staying with them again, if the have availability for our flight home. The property is in a quiet location and is 15 minutes walk to MG Road/ Church St WiFi is good as-well.

Great hotel, even better than the pictures in a very cute and calm area. The people from the staff are adorable, I really enjoyed my stay!

Location is great very near to main markets.

Clean, spacious rooms. Nice plumbing in the bathrooms as well. Extremely friendly and accommodating owners and staff. The location is also very convenient (12-15 minute drive to MG road). We had booked a room for 3 nights and our flight on the last day was at 10 PM. The owner extended our checkout time to 5 PM at no extra charge to accommodate our travel plans. Overall our stay was very pleasant. We plan on staying there again, on our next trip.
