Nothing to Like!!! Worst Reception staff Hospitality ever I stayed in my life..

Lot of struggles faced during our stay... 1. When I went for check in alone, and I said my family is on the way , but the reception staff told me to wait till my family reaches hotel, So waited for 2 hrs for family to reach !! Finally we checked in and went to rooms, they water is available from the water purifier, where it's located in a spot where pan masalas spits.. 2. After checked in we asked staff that we booked AC room, but reception staff said that no we booked non-AC room, when we asked them to show in the booking.com websites where it's doesn't mention AC or Non-AC . We said it's hotel responsibility to mention whether the room is AC or Non-AC but staff rudely said that it's not their job and it's booking.com mistake that not mentioned AC. After a big argument we stayed in Non-AC rooms only. 3. 1 room was booked at 6am in the morning and checked out at 8:30am in the next morning, and we didn't know that we have to check out before 6am, but asusual we took bath and checked out at 8:30am. The same reception staff said that it's already crossed 24hrs so you need to pay for 1day extra. We asked why haven't you remind us that we need to check out before 6am, reception guy was very rudely said that why we should remind you, It's your responsbility to vacate before 6am. I asked atleast for a courtesy you have reminded us checkout time. But reception staff behaved very unprofessionally and after a long argument we paid extra money of Rs.500 ... BG INN reception staff are the worst ever I had in my life.....
