There is nothing to like Everything was unacceptable and very bad service Lift not working They dont even providing toiletries and water bottles Only a bath towl which looks disgusting and in bad condition provided They didn’t clean the bathroom and room after previous gust vacated , the soap and other things they have used was still there in the room Also the room is full of dust Also there is no privacy rooms ,we can hear what happens in the next room

They gave us a used bedsheet with full of dust and hair,also we requested to change and they respond after 4 or 5 calls and changed after 2 hour The bathroom doesn’t have a door lock, and its not clean , And the room and premises full of cockroaches Lift not working
