The room and the toilets were relatively clean. After check-out, they called us to inform us that we missed one specs in the room. The likings, unfortunately, end there.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. *Staff Attitude*: The staff, particularly a clean-shaven individual with long hair, was incredibly arrogant. When approached for assistance, he treated us as a nuisance and would aggressively nod his head to indicate "No." Complaints were met with stoic silence. *Misleading Information*: Booking.com indicated the unit had a living room, which it did not. When I inquired about this, the staff blamed Booking.com for the error. *Breakfast*: The breakfast was horrible. It consisted of cold idlis and other pure vegetarian items that were unappetizing. *Location*: While the location is close to various amenities, the surrounding area is dirty. Overall, though other issues were manageable, some of the Staff's attitude were arrogant and annoying. For the first time, Booking.com failed me with the ratings. This hotel easily tops my "Never Again" list.

**Outstanding Family Stay at Vanusa Residency, Bengaluru** We recently had the pleasure of staying at Vanusa Residency, Bengaluru from May 25th to 31st for a family leisure trip, and it exceeded all our expectations. Although our check-in time was at 12 PM, we arrived early at 6 AM. The hotel graciously accommodated us with an early check-in within 10 minutes for a nominal charge, which was a great convenience after a long journey. We had initially booked a junior suite with two beds, but upon realizing we were a family of four, the hotel generously upgraded us to a three-bed suite at no extra charge. The room was exceptionally spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with top-notch amenities such as air conditioning, twin bathrooms, a TV, a mini fridge, and a fan. It truly felt like a five-star stay at a very reasonable rate. A special highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel manager, Mr. Anil Kumar. He personally oversaw every aspect of our stay, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. His dedication to hospitality was evident when he served us breakfast himself, always with a warm and family-oriented approach. The breakfast was decent and offered a good start to our days of exploration. The hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail at Vanusa Residency made our trip truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru for its outstanding service and excellent facilities. **Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**
