Clean Room

The hotel guys asked me to pay for early check in even though I showed up at 9 am in morning and told that I will leave early morning on next day. With no other option I have to pay additional check in fee . I stayed in many hotels and most of them will accept guest if shown up after 8 without any additional charges.

Very clean washroom

The hotel is fairly well maintained. Clean and comfortable. They have luggage storage. Water pressure in the shower is excellent, as was the hot water supply. The bed was comfortable and plenty of powerpoints.

The staff don't speak English very well so communication was challenging. The included breakfast is just idli and oily vada with chutney - they weren't able to change it to anything continental (and didn't understand when I cancelled for next day so rang my doorbell at 8:30am with food anyhow!). They only supply one small water bottle and no toilet paper. It could also be better maintained with thorough cleaning and painting of dirty and damaged walls and bathroom tiles. My door was VERY difficult to open and close due to a faulty lock.
