The bedroom was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. There was a small table with a kettle, sugar, and tea, but no cup or spoon. It took more than one request to get those. A chair would have been useful, as unlike many, I don't like to sit on the bed The bathroom could do with some attention, but there was hot water from the shower, also shampoo and soap. I asked for towels, and was generously given two. The breakfast was very good, but I had to ask for a plate, which took a while because the staff there didn't speak English. Although check-out was at ten, I was allowed to stay until twelve, which was very helpful. The room boy was especially smiley and polite.

Hygiene wise it's average.

The hotel didn't have anyone to assist during check in nor check out. Location was average. Kitchen is closed after 10pm. So, dinner has to be ordered from outside or stay hungry overnight. Complimentary breakfast till 10:30am which is only south Indian and nothing else. I stayed at a deluxe room single which had a leaking handshower. These small things matter a lot for a traveller. No security personnel was available in the hotel that seems quite unsafe and insecure. However, cctv was there but only the reception person had access to them. I have nothing against the hotel but if they can address these issues it can be a wonderful stay.
