Close to airport

I stayed for one night. Initially, the hand shower in my room wasn’t working, so I had to change rooms, which wasted time. Basic amenities like towels and cups were missing and had to be requested. Toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided either and on insisting I was ask to pay for it. The bed was far too soft, making it uncomfortable for sleeping, and I could not get a good night’s rest. Breakfast was very limited – only aloo paratha and toast with (no butter or jam), along with tea. Eggs were not available. Overall, it was disappointing and needs major improvement in comfort, facilities, and service.

Air con not working, noisy ceiling fan. Dubious toilet cleanliness despite of the strong floor cleaner smell and wet floor.
